Please review what's included, the expectations, & required commitment before applying. Don't be afraid to apply! If you can't answer the questions (like you're not making revenue) that's OK! We meet you at every stage of business. Whether you're starting out or more established, we have a mastermind cohort for you. Fill out the application as the first step & know that YOU BELONG IN THIS ROOM. We'll make sure you are in the right cohort with people in your same stage of business.

✓ You're committed to participating in our Mastermind community from March - September 2026.

✓ You commit to yourself & your peers for 7 months. Live group mastermind calls are mandatory, pre-scheduled on Monday's, you will attend & participate (10 live group calls spread out over 7 months, plus an orientation & wrap up call).

✓ For additional teaching & value from Tiffany, 1 additional live webinar will be offered monthly where I teach more deeply on topics. There will be Q&A's, but not hot seats.

✓ You're willing to share & not just ask. Every 2 hr live call, each member will get a 10 minute hot seat. You get 10 minutes, & so do the other 9 badasses. Come prepared to ask AND give.

✓ You will attend weekly office hours on Thursdays for a one hour mastermind session in our virtual community chat.

✓ You will utilize the ROBUST resources in our T Roe biz school library & our ROADMAP workbook to support your business education & success.

✓ You want to be accountable for your results. You will put in the work to stay on track with your goals, & commit to fostering a growth mindset.

✓ You don't want to waste your time. You're looking for strong structured mastermind live calls where you define goals & expect accountability.

✓ You will be generous & abundant with knowledge & share valuable lessons & insights you've learned in business.

✓ You will be humble, vulnerable, & courageous by asking for help, feedback, are open to growing & learning personally & professionally. We do deeply personal work, work on blockers & limiting beliefs, & support our cohort with their growth.

✓ This is a group process. You're motivated & self-driven — Tiffany is a facilitator & WILL SHOW UP with all her knowledge; but it's not 1:1 coaching with Tiffany. A true mastermind utilizes the brain we create as a group. We have calls & hot seats as an "all in" group process.

✓ "Masterminds" are tapping into the knowledge from the group. They require member interaction & collaboration every call. This isn't 1:1 coaching - it's a mastermind with all of our brains working together.
